You play as Caleb, a gunslinger on a quest to defeat Tchernobog and the cultists and creatures in his way. The campaign takes you through 42 levels of gothic horror settings.
Fight through fast first-person shootouts, starting with a pitchfork and acquiring firearms, explosives, and strange weapons such as a voodoo doll. Many weapons have alternate fire modes, giving you different ways to handle enemies.
Explore levels for hidden items and secrets, and play the included original game and add-ons. Fresh Supply also supports online and local multiplayer, including co-op, Bloodbath, and Capture the Flag.
In this helpfulness-selected sample, players who discuss the game itself often praise its dark horror atmosphere, inventive weapons, level design, and satisfying combat, with some also enjoying its dark humor. Many reviews focus instead on the game's removal from sale and the pricing of a newer release, so these comments should not be read as a representative survey of all players.
