EARTH DEFENSE FORCE: IRON RAIN

Set in 2040, EARTH DEFENSE FORCE: IRON RAIN puts you in the role of an EDF soldier defending a devastated Earth from invaders from outer space. Its campaign spans more than 50 missions, with five difficulty levels.

Fight giant creatures and enemy machines in third-person battles using weapons, support items, and one of four powered armor suits. The suits offer different ways to move and fight, and weapons can be used across suits rather than being restricted to a particular class.

Earn mission rewards to unlock and purchase weapons, items, and character outfits, and create a soldier by choosing their appearance and voice. The game supports solo play, online co-op, and offline split-screen co-op.
