You fight as an Earth Defense Force soldier defending New Detroit from giant insects, aliens, and other hostile creatures. Missions send you into infested city areas to push back the invasion.
Combat is an arcade-style third-person shooter built around shooting large enemy waves with a range of weapons. Four armor types offer different roles, and some enemies have vulnerable points that reward aiming carefully.
Play the campaign alone with AI squadmates or alongside other players, and take on a six-player Survival mode against nonstop enemy attacks. Class tiers and elite enemy drops help unlock weapons, while difficulty levels provide further ways to replay missions.
