In an alternative 1980s where global warming has buried much of civilization beneath a desert, you set out in an old pickup to fulfill your late father's final request. The journey unfolds across a sparse, isolated landscape.
Travel along generated asphalt and off-road routes, choosing between forks and crossroads. Stop at abandoned places to search for supplies, parts, and goods to sell at roadside stores, then continue toward the next stretch of road.
Keep your vehicle running by managing fuel, radiator water, and damaged parts. Replace and tune components, customize your cars, and collect vehicles and items as you travel. Character needs and the severity of survival and vehicle systems can be adjusted.
