In this first-person arena shooter, you wield a mystical boomerang against otherworldly creatures among the ruins of an abandoned island. Your goal is to fight through the corrupted halls and stop the nightmares spreading.
The boomerang is both your weapon and your way to move: throw it at enemies, then launch yourself to its position while keeping your momentum. Slow time to aim, target foes from different angles, and stay airborne as you navigate each arena.
The campaign introduces new abilities and increasingly challenging arenas with enemies that demand different approaches. Stylish tricks can earn strange powers, while New Game+ and an endless-wave mode offer further combat challenges.
Reviewers often praise how the boomerang combines attacks with fast, momentum-preserving movement, making arena fights feel fluid and rewarding to master. They also highlight the distinctive art and music, varied enemies and abilities, and challenges that encourage replaying.
