War Hospital

Set on the Western Front during World War I, the game puts you in charge of a field hospital receiving waves of wounded from the front. You oversee both their care and the daily operation of the hospital.

Sort arrivals by urgency, assign patients to treatment and surgery, and make choices during operations, including whether to amputate. After recovery, decide whether soldiers return to the front, go to headquarters for supplies, or leave military service.

Manage staff shifts and fatigue, medical supplies, food, facilities, and research as the hospital develops. Engineers can produce materials, while scouts can be sent out on expeditions. The campaign is divided into three chapters.
