Hazel’s home in Prospero is devastated by a hurricane, and her mother is swept away. As Hazel searches for her, she discovers she is a Weaver, able to use magic to mend broken bonds and spirits.
Travel through a fantastical version of the Deep South, following paths through swamps, farmland, and other haunted places. Jump, climb, grapple, and glide past obstacles, solve simple environmental puzzles, and look for optional lore and collectibles.
Use weaving abilities in combat against Haints and other supernatural creatures, and uncover the memories and troubles tied to the people and places you meet. As the journey progresses, Hazel gains abilities and learns more about her family’s past.
Players who respond positively often praise the story, characters, and Southern folklore setting, along with the distinctive stop-motion-inspired visuals and music woven into the experience.
