A train brings Gourdlet residents to an island, where you shape their town without managing money, supplies, or resident needs. There are no required objectives or fail states.

Place buildings, paths, plants, and decorations to design the island, then go inside buildings to arrange their furniture. Residents wander around and use some of the objects, including fishing, reading, camping, and snoozing.

Most building and decorating options are available from the start, with some additional items unlocked as residents interact with objects and mature. You can customize residents with names, colors, and accessories, and play in full screen or in an idle window at the bottom of your screen.
