PAYDAY 2 is an action-packed, four-player co-op shooter that once again lets gamers don the masks of the original PAYDAY crew - Dallas, Hoxton, Wolf and Chains - as they descend on Washington DC for an epic crime spree.
Developed by OVERKILL - a Starbreeze Studio. · Published by Starbreeze Entertainment

You play as a masked member of a criminal crew carrying out jobs across Washington, from small robberies to major vault heists. Contracts come through CRIMENET, and you can play with up to three other players or go solo.
Each job has objectives to complete, valuables to secure, and an escape to make. Crews can try to avoid detection or trigger an all-out fight with police; some missions also feature changing layouts or events.
Progression lets you invest in five skill trees and mix skills to shape your role. You can also earn and customize equipment, modify weapons, and create masks with chosen patterns and colors.
Many reviewers enjoy coordinating heists with friends, especially when a careful plan gives way to a chaotic escape. They also praise the choice between stealth and loud approaches, the range of jobs and character builds, and the soundtrack that adds energy to firefights. Some reviewers also find solo play enjoyable.
