You take charge of an overnight emergency room as an apocalypse begins. Interview arriving patients, assess their symptoms, decide where to treat them, and use diagnostic tools and medicines to help them recover. Some patients may turn into zombies, adding a threat to the rush of care.
Keep the hospital running by ordering supplies, managing your budget and inventory, checking patients out, and cleaning beds and chairs between visits. Earn money to expand and arrange the hospital, then upgrade it to unlock additional equipment, medicines, and other tools.
Play alone or with up to six players, sharing the work of patient care and defending the hospital from the undead. Survive successive nights to progress, and, for streamers, connect Twitch so viewers can appear in the game as patient characters.
Players who enjoy the game often describe its co-op shifts as hectic and funny, and like balancing diagnosis, treatment, supplies, and hospital upkeep.
