Never Alone (Kisima Ingitchuna)

Nuna sets out across the Arctic to find the source of an unending blizzard threatening her village. The adventure draws on a traditional Iñupiaq story and includes narration in the Iñupiaq language.

This puzzle platformer lets you switch between Nuna and a fox in single-player, or control one character each in local co-op. Nuna climbs, moves heavy objects, and throws a bola at targets; the fox squeezes through narrow spaces, climbs walls, and reaches high places.

Players cross icy terrain and other hazardous environments, combining the characters’ abilities to solve puzzles and progress. Collectible owls unlock short documentary-style videos featuring Iñupiaq elders, storytellers, and community members sharing cultural insights.
