This collection brings together three Double Dragon arcade games. You play as martial artists Billy and Jimmy: in the first game they set out to rescue Marian, while the sequels send the brothers on further fights and a quest for three Rosetta Stones.
Advance through side-scrolling stages, taking on gangs and other enemies with punches, kicks, knees, grabs, and weapons you can pick up. Play alone or team up in co-op.
Story Mode lets you progress through stages and unlock achievements, while Arcade Mode focuses on chasing a high score. You can adjust the difficulty and choose original or remastered music, original graphics, and a video filter.
Some players enjoy revisiting the arcade games, particularly the first two, and praise their nostalgic feel and straightforward brawling; a few also value playing co-op.
