David Young, a former Boston PD narcotics detective turned private investigator, is searching for the person who killed his wife. After the murder, a head injury left him with amnesia; her last words were “Look for D.”

Young can touch objects called mementos to dive into the past. He explores places for clues, uses special abilities to uncover hints and open routes, and faces quick-time events along the way.

The story unfolds episodically across the Prologue and Episodes 1 and 2 in Season One. Players can also collect credits to buy clothes and beards for David.
