You play a psychiatric patient with no memory of how their condition began, confined to a small house where hallucinations can blur the line between reality and delusion.
Each day, inspect the rooms for changes and decide what to do: take medication waiting by the door when an anomaly persists, or open the door to receive medicine from a visitor when things appear normal.
The story progresses through repeated daily rounds. Hidden doll pieces add a collectible objective and unlock further story endings, while an endless mode lets you continue testing your anomaly-spotting and survival.
Players who enjoy the game often highlight its tense atmosphere, unsettling anomalies, and jump scares, along with the room-inspection loop and a story that gives the daily encounters context. Some find the experience short or repetitive, report that anomaly rules can be unclear, and several criticize the use of AI-generated art or voices.

If the hallucinations don't persist, you're safe. Open the door and get the medication from the visitor.

If the hallucinations remain, take the medicine by the door.
Follow this routine for 8 days, and your condition may begin to improve.

I don't remember when it started—or even the moment the headaches began.
Hallucinations are nothing new to me. But when they linger and begin to overtake reality, it's a whole different story.
I have to take the medication.
