Dead Island: Riptide Definitive Edition

Picking up after the first Dead Island, the story follows survivors stranded on another zombie-infested tropical island. Play as a survivor searching for a way through the outbreak.

Explore jungle, flooded areas, and settlements while taking on quests, scavenging supplies, and fighting infected. Combat centers on melee weapons, which you can modify with found materials; firearms and other weapons are also available.

Gain character levels and skills as you play, and develop weapon specializations through use. You can carry a character's level and skills over from the previous game, defend survivor camps against waves of infected, travel by boat in some areas, and play the campaign solo or in co-op for up to four players.

Players who enjoy the game often point to its weighty melee fights, weapon crafting and scavenging, and the chaotic fun of co-op; some also appreciate its tropical island atmosphere.
