Set in 2062, as Tiberium threatens to make Earth uninhabitable, the story follows GDI and Nod as they respond to Kane’s proposal for controlling the spreading crystals.
This real-time strategy game centers on a mobile Crawler that serves as a base and unit-production hub. Move it around the battlefield, choose an Offense, Defense, or Support class, and deploy that class’s specialized units and powers.
Fight over strategic points and complete mission objectives such as capturing, defending, and rescuing. Destroying enemies earns experience for faction progression and unlocks additional units and weapons; the available forces are also constrained by a unit cap.
A few players appreciate the mobile base, capturing strategic points, and the FMV cutscenes, with some finding the changed gameplay interesting. These positives are sparse in the supplied sample, where recurring complaints focus on the departure from conventional base-building RTS play and problems accessing or running the game.
