Build homes, services, farms, and industries; manage jobs, resources, trade, and the national budget. Balance citizens’ needs with the demands of political factions, hold elections, give speeches, and handle relations with foreign powers.
Develop multiple islands across large archipelagos, linking them with bridges and transport infrastructure.
