You play as Boss, leader of Delta Squad, a team of four Republic clone commandos sent on dangerous operations during the Clone Wars. The campaign puts you in the role of a frontline soldier rather than a Jedi, with three squadmates fighting alongside you.

Fight from a first-person view while giving your squad orders to attack, regroup, hold positions, or use marked locations and equipment. Place commandos at firing positions, direct them to breach doors or handle objectives, and help revive teammates who are downed. Your rifle can switch between attachments, and you can also use weapons found in the field.

Progress through a single-player campaign of connected operations, balancing your own combat with squad positioning and coordination. A separate online multiplayer option supports up to 16 players across different modes.
