Players take the roles of disease-control specialists responding to four diseases spreading among cities around the world. The goal is to contain infections and discover a cure for each disease before the crisis overwhelms the team.

On each turn, players travel between cities, treat infections, and work toward cures. Choices balance urgent outbreaks against longer-term research, with each action using time that could be spent elsewhere.

Choose from seven specialist roles with different abilities, then coordinate their strengths as a team. A card-driven infection system can trigger epidemics and cascading outbreaks; five difficulty settings adjust the challenge.
