When Darktoons overrun the Glade of Dreams, Rayman joins Globox and two Teensies to restore peace and rescue the Electoons. The adventure unfolds across a series of colorful side-scrolling worlds.
Run, jump, attack enemies, and dodge hazards through varied platforming stages, with boss fights and sequences that change the pace. As the journey progresses, the heroes gain abilities such as swimming, diving, and running up walls.
Collect Lums and free Electoons to unlock further stages and character skins. Explore levels for hidden paths, revisit them for time challenges, and take on optional treasure-chest courses. Play alone or in jump-in, jump-out local co-op for up to four players.
Players often praise the expressive art and animation, memorable music, and creative level design, along with platforming that feels lively and satisfying to master. Many describe the challenge as rewarding, though some find late stages, timed trials, or completion challenges frustrating. Local co-op is enjoyed by some, while a number of PC players report controller setup or technical problems.
