The Jackbox Party Pack 5 is a collection of five multiplayer party games. Players can join with phones, tablets, or computers instead of using extra controllers.
The games include a pop-culture trivia quiz, a challenge to write divisive hypothetical situations, and robot rap battles built around writing lyrics. In the drawing game, players invent and pitch solutions to unusual problems; in Zeeple Dome, they fling themselves at aliens in a game-show-style contest.
The games support different group sizes: You Don’t Know Jack: Full Stream allows 1–8 players, Split the Room and Mad Verse City 3–8, Patently Stupid 3–8, and Zeeple Dome 1–6. The collection is designed for local multiplayer and can also be played with remote participants by sharing the game screen.
In the supplied reviews, players often praise Patently Stupid for its drawing and invention pitches, and Mad Verse City for improvised rhymes and laughs. Split the Room also appeals to players who enjoy guessing how friends will respond to a hypothetical. Some reviewers describe fun sessions with friends or family, while others find the collection uneven; Zeeple Dome draws complaints about its controls and responsiveness.
