Step into a living comic book in this new take on the Ninja Gaiden series. Brandishing his ninja sword and the mecha weapons in his cyber arm, Yaiba slaughters zombies with brutal, over-the-top abandon. Will you slice enemies to pieces, crush them with Yaiba's cyborg arm or just rip off a zombie’s arms to use as nunchucks?

YAIBA: NINJA GAIDEN Z casts players as Yaiba, a cybernetic ninja battling a zombie outbreak. The action is presented in a stylized comic-book look and mixes exaggerated combat with irreverent humor.
Fight with Yaiba’s sword and cybernetic arm, using different attack styles to cut down enemies and perform finishing moves. You can also use parts taken from enemies as temporary weapons and combine fire, electricity, and poison effects.
Stages alternate between combat arenas, platforming, and environmental puzzles. As you progress, you unlock upgrades and face new enemy encounters and bosses.
Players who enjoy the game often praise its comic-book visuals, fast hack-and-slash combat, and over-the-top tone. Some appreciate learning combos and experimenting with weapons and elemental effects, while others find the combat frustrating or repetitive.
