A member of elite Unit 13 wakes from cryogenic sleep aboard the ESS Meridian, a spacecraft bound for Tau Ceti f. The crew has turned hostile, and the player must survive the ship and uncover what went wrong. Move through rooms and corridors, shooting groups of zombies and other mutated enemies. Combat uses firearms, explosives, and two special abilities: Bullet Time slows the action, while Devastation damages nearby enemies. The 12-mission campaign features 14 upgradeable weapons, character improvements, and achievements. Survive and Biohazard modes add further combat missions beyond the story.

Awaken aboard a troubled colony ship and fight infected crew through missions with upgradeable guns and combat abilities.

The ESS Meridian starship is travelling through space with a new FTL technology, heading towards its destination - Tau Ceti f, the first planet in the history of mankind to be colonized. A few months later an elite member of Unit 13 is disrupted from cryogenic sleep. But Tau Ceti f is nowhere in sight and something is very wrong. What happened to all those people? Why are they so aggressive and attack without any survival instincts?
